CRI has no paid staff. All are volunteers. The Executive Director of CRI is Russ Rainer, a professional business executive with experience covering both the public and private business sector in addition to international non-profit corporations. He holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Management, and has made numerous trips to the former Soviet Union since 1994. Russ has devoted his full-time efforts to the deplorable plight of these starving children. |
